They are by far the worst Home Care Agency I have ever experienced. They are constantly under staffed, use inexperienced caregivers, don't communicate with one another and lie about everything. When I first started on their services, they informed me I could not have shower aides for the first two weeks of my care-- BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. Larine Powell is an awesome care giver, she;s fast efficient and I never have to worry when she comes to help me. She has helped me cook done laundry helped me organize my home. She has a good attitude and always has a smile when she comes to help. There are many times when she cleans areas and its so nice to just see the house when she;s done it makes me smile as well, I always say she is a lean mean cleaning machine. Crest Hospice of CDA, Idaho cared for my husband of 62 years before his death. I cannot say enough complimentary things about these angels on earth. The RN's, the CNA's, the chaplin, the social worker were all very professional and I say this as a wife and a retired RN. In March of 2021 we had to make the difficult choice to put my mom on end of life care. The staff was so gentle with me and walked me through each step. I live in Arizona and they allowed me to come to the facility and stay in the room with her the entire week and a half. They even fed me and assisted me with anything that myself or my mom needed during this difficult time. The current Positive Reviews are ALL written by staff recruited and paid for by Kregg the Chister. Kregg has no work at Parkway and writes Fake positive reviews. Chister took down all the negative REAL reviews by residnets and family members on the current FB Page. The Old FB Page has 42 negative reviews and Chister removed the FB Page and posted a new one without any ability to review.
