Bought a Rocky Mountain instinct from a certified shop. While on one of my first rides my rear axle had backed out (this was the Friday before an enduro race) so I wanted to get it checked out. Per RM warranty, the shop did a detailed inspection at no cost to make sure my rear triangle wasn’t bent. I’m sure most shops would have done this anyways, but I’m glad that there certified shops understand and will help you out! #lovetheride
