The 1 star isn't directed towards the people that worked there before I moved. They were always super nice, and may still be there. I'm also not sure if it was this Branch or Glacier in general, but after the swap from Rocky Mountain I have had nothing but issues. I had moved out of state, and VERY long story short I eventually decided to close my account here and switch to a new local bank. I hadn't used this account in a while, and it slightly over drafted.
