I don't like posting negative reviews publicly, but this office needs improvement! First, the communication issues mentioned in other reviews have not been resolved. They don't use a consistent platform to recieve and respond to patient issues. They use voicemail and have a patient portal which can be used to send them inquiries, but all responses come by text or phone call.
