the manager and the staff are extremely rude.Yelling at the residents. The kitchen is a mess .Dirty place.
I went to visit my friend and the night staff sucks ! My friend had a bad rush nobody's cared at all .
It's wonderful to have a home where you know that the staff and activities have such a positive impact on the experience. Had a few experiences in Thornton that were not positive, but glad we landed with Rocky Mountain.
My mom Tina Rivera enjoyed her stay at your facility and when she passed the staff was very considerate & passionate.
So thankful for the one-on-one care, staff is amazing!
