Stay away from this place. Paid $575 for his ‘services’ and ended up with a couple of penalties from the IRS. When I told him about it, he hung up on me, saying nobody forced you to do taxes with me.
Horrible experience first they give me the run around and every time I spoke with rocky and his back ground singers it was continuous poor communication and lack of accountability. Then to talk to you like you are wrong for holding them accountable for their past mistake is just ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this accounting firm to anyone. People should be treated and talked to professionally and there matters handled with care at ALL TIMES
DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. He is NOT a CPA and makes tons of mistakes. Refused to give me my business records from this year after multiple attempts. Finally had to file complaints with the IRS and the Illinois Department of Revenue. Apparently there isn't really anywhere else to make a complaint with since he IS NOT A LICENSED ACCOUNTANT.
