I bought a bottle cage from Rocky Cycle recently that had a tiny cosmetic defect. They sent me a new one within a couple days. Great company to shop from and excellent customer service - I’ll definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them!
Bought a Transition Carbon Relay here. During the 2nd ride the Fazua display stopped working and they got it replaced right away.
On a bike packing trip and all my spokes came loose, diverted to the nearest shop and the crew were so quick to get me rolling again!! Big up to Steve for the diligent work on the bike and good vibes! Thanks team!!
These guys sure have an interesting way of making customers feel welcome. I stopped in one morning just to get some information and maybe look around. Instead, I got two employees trailing me like I was about to rob the place—staring, giving each other weird looks, and shaking like leaves. Apparently, a nicely dressed, mild-mannered man walking in alone is just terrifying.
Have recently gotten into biking again and wanted to buy a new bike. Went directly to Rocky Cycle since we’ve purchased 2-3 bikes there over the past 25+ years. Have always had fantastic customer service and never felt pressure to buy something that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. This last purchase was no different.
