They are messed up. Last year I booked for Doctor McKay and after waiting for weeks when I went for my appointment they sent me to a different dentist! without even telling me. When I asked reception , the reply was that Doctor McKay is busy! I told them I booked appointment but there was no answer. I went again today and booked for my checkup for a sensitive tooth. I've always hated going to the dentist ever since I was a little kid and that hasn't changed as an adult either. I've had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. McKay is by far the best dentist I've ever had. He has been doing this for so long that he's so fast and a professional at what he does. He's a no BS kind of guy as well and tells you what you need to hear straight up. Highly recommend him. Also, Ashley, the dental hygienist who works out of Rockwood Dental is also amazing.
Weve used this dentist for years & anytime my husband has any issues they see him right away & always so great with working around our schedule. Thanks so much!
