Excellent quality furnishings, superb service, welcoming atmosphere without high pressure approach. We purchased a king mattress and bed frame, two night stands, decorative lamps, hutch and dresser from Amish selections for our master bedroom. In addition, we also selected nautical lamps for our living room and Amish bar stools which match perfectly to our decor. Also, delivery is free, exactly when promised and without any hassle. As first-time customer, we are delighted to say that it was an excellent experience. The staff from salesperson to delivery were exceptional —- friendly, informative, and greatly helpful. We are delighted with our furniture selection and will undoubtedly return to Rockwood for future furniture needs.
We have been looking for a new sofa and loveseat for quite some time but could not find any we liked and thought was good quality. My husband heard about Rockwood Furniture from a co-worker. We were pleased with the selection and quality of the furniture they carry and ended up ordering a set. They were very helpful in the store, the furniture arrived promptly and the delivery guys were awesome. We definitely recommend Rockwood Furniture.
Rockwood provided excellent service while I was making my selections for my special-order couch and table and chairs! They even held our furniture (much longer than anticipated) while we waited for our home to be built. Delivery guys were top-notch, too!
