Had one of the best experience ive had in a rockwear store. I got helo from Kylie who went above and beyond. She made me feel comfortable was polite. She was able to get me multiple different styles to try on. I ended up walking out with 3 sport bras, w shirts and short leggings. I wouldnt have spent the time in this store if Kylie wasnt so nice and helpful. Its nice to see rockwear getting some good staff again.
Been here before and bought some items, the sales lady that time has a very good customer service. I went there again today to look and possibly buy more items but the sales attendant just ignore me so I just go away. I'll put my money elsewhere.
A huge thank you to the lovely ladies at the Yamanto store. Went in there the other day to purchase a small item. Any accessory that I really wanted. No intention of purchasing anything else and left spending $190. This was due to acceptable service. I ask a couple questions and try a couple of things. The ladies made me feel good about myself and lifted my spirits for the day. I will definitely visit again. Thanks Ladies
Went to Rockwear Yamanto 13/6 looking for gym wear , the shop assistant was so very helpful as being in my 60’s felt it was a young persons shop. I did not find what I was looking for however, she showed me the casual wear available and happily bought a coupe of pairs of pants - the sales on at the moment are quite good as clothing is very good quality - pleasantly surprised as the store is for all ages.
They have some excellent styles I would have liked to try, but don't bother if you are over a size 16. Disappointed.
