I had a very positive shopping experience today when I was served by the absolute legend Chey, at the Rockwear Stockland/Townsville Shopping Centre store. Chey went above and beyond to help me find a specific item that I needed last minute for a trip away. I was stoked that Chey was able to assist at a time when I was feeling very stressed and time poor. The friendly, positive attitude and genuine nature of this wonderful human made my experience at a shopping centre I normally avoid, a much more enjoyable one.
I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in was met with a cheery greeting to the experienced personal service to get the right fit and right style for me. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I'll happily go back. Thank you to the staff.
Above and beyond customer service and an amazing range! Anna in particular was so wonderful and helpful - will definitely be back!!
