Amazing customer service, especially from the lovely lady named Dee. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and she answered all of my questions. I highly recommend visiting the Rockwear store at Smithfield Shopping Centre.
The Smithfield team are always helpful and kind. I've been in there a few times this year and the staff have been very consistent with their customer service. Kind of rare in Cairns these days so thank you.
I don’t usually write reviews for retail stores, but Rockwear Smithfield definitely deserves a shoutout! First of all, I love Rockwear as a brand.
