Went into the store with my best friend today to browse and was immediately greeted by the lovely Alicia (spelling, sorry!) She was absolutely lovely and so helpful, giving us suggestions for other items based on what we were looking for and chatting to us about our weekend and her own plans like we’d known each other for ages.
