I came in with around 50 minutes till closing and I stayed for almost the whole time because of how amazing Alicia was. (I think it was her because her name was on my receipt). She didn't make me feel rushed in the slightest, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me find similar items to what I liked. Best customer service I've ever experienced, she was genuinely dedicated to helping me without feeling like I was disappointing her if I didn't buy anything (I spent 145). Amazing service lovely people
Went into the store with my best friend today to browse and was immediately greeted by the lovely Alicia (spelling, sorry!) She was absolutely lovely and so helpful, giving us suggestions for other items based on what we were looking for and chatting to us about our weekend and her own plans like we’d known each other for ages. She was the best hype girl when we were trying on clothes and made us feel like we didn’t have to hide in the change rooms or feel self conscious about what we were trying on.
