I shopped here this evening and was served by Amie. She was incredibly nice and helpful. Gave me honest feedback about what items I was wearing, was happy to get me different sizes and was offering helpful suggestions on items I might like.
Every time I visit, I'm greeted by one of the friendliest and most helpful sales assistants I've ever come across. Shauna has assisted me on numerous occasions, and I'm incredibly grateful for her knowledge, suggestions, and recommendations. She always makes me feel welcome, valued, and supported when choosing activewear. The exceptional customer service at the Karingal branch is a big reason why I continue to return. Shauna consistently goes above and beyond, making every shopping experience a positive one.
