Hi, I really want to give positive feedback for a beautiful lady we met at the Erina store yesterday 12/09/26 her name is Katherine & wow she is the most helpful staff member I have met in a long time just wow, not only was Katherine so well trained with all Rockwear items but she was so helpful with my two kids aged 4 & 7, Katherine really made my shop feel welcoming and actually relaxing and I’m a single mum and this was a quick stop in for me and we stayed and talked and I got all items I wanted and even found more clothe... read more
Good old fashioned customer service. Kat was friendly and helpful, without her suggestions I wouldn't have even bought anything. There was no pushy sales techniques, just a genuine want to help. Kat's natural ability to connect with people made our vist to Rockwear Erina a really positive and fun experience.
The two ladies in the Erina fair shop were beyond helpful with my daughter Who is four months postpartum . We also had her three year daughter with us ( so you can imagine it was stressful ) but they entertained my granddaughter whilst I had the baby, My daughter was delighted with her purchases , as it was the first time she had bought any clothes for herself for a long time . please let the two ladies who were working on Friday 29th May 2026 in the afternoon, they were excellent and we will certainly be back .
I had an amazing experience from the moment I entered the store. I found exactly what I was looking for. The gym jacket is fantastic quality, has pockets! And fits perfectly. Also shoutout to Rachel and Jenava who helped me find the perfect size and answered all my of my questions!
All staff friendly and store was clean, so helpful for my trip to Tasmania, needed some tights for hikes, staff member met my requirements and therefore made a sale and a satisfied customer.
