I was served by Hayley yesterday and was left quite disappointed. After finishing with the two customers before me, I approached the checkout as the only person waiting in store. Although she acknowledged me with a smile, she then walked away to attend to a task in the fitting room instead of serving me. Can’t complain about the service.. there was absolutely none! I watched as my wife went though numerous racks trying to find what she wanted whilst the two girls ‘working’ there stood there having a big old chat. 15 minutes later my wife had to approach them to see if she could try stuff on. She was told ‘go ahead’ and they went back to their conversation - weren’t interested in helping the customer at all!
Lovely young lady serving was so helpful & attentive. I needed a few new pairs of tights & she helped me select some. Update: Unfortunately the stitching unraveled on 2 pairs of tights on the first wear. Disappointing quality.
I had some of the best service here today that I have had in a clothes store in ages. I was asked the right questions and was given a range of great options. You best believe I bought something! Rockwear has to be the most underrated brand out there.
Great team at Carindale store. I didn’t know where to start and team members helped me find the perfect fit sports bra. Walked out happy and with a great 2 for deal
