Taylor was amazing. Went in for sports bra fitting and she made the whole experience comfortable and fun. Excellent knowledge of sizing. Recommend for anyone who isn't sure of what works for them.
I’ve been a loyal Rockwear customer for years, and after recently moving from Canberra where both stores have incredibly friendly, helpful staff. I was honestly shocked by my experience at the Brisbane DFO store. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and dismissive. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, and the manager (I believe her name was Danelle) was particularly pushy and abrupt, which instantly put me off.
