Everytime I go into this rockwear the customer service is great - but this time it was next level. Coming in with the vaguest of missions - Taylar excelled at meeting me at my level and making sure I left with something that met my vague list of requirements - all with a little sass and a huge amount of humour. The vibes were high - the sales pitch was honest and tbh I would have bought half the store off her today. Taylar is an asset to this brand and the store. 11/10 will visit again 🤘
Taylor was amazing. Went in for sports bra fitting and she made the whole experience comfortable and fun. Excellent knowledge of sizing. Recommend for anyone who isn't sure of what works for them.
I’ve been a loyal Rockwear customer for years, and after recently moving from Canberra where both stores have incredibly friendly, helpful staff. I was honestly shocked by my experience at the Brisbane DFO store. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and dismissive. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, and the manager (I believe her name was Danelle) was particularly pushy and abrupt, which instantly put me off. I absolutely love coming to this store when I visit Brisbane!!! I have had the pleasure of being served by Taylar on two occasions. The second being today. Great at her job, knows her stuff and a really nice person. She really is an asset to your store!!
