The location and building is great. It is clean, easy to park, and plenty of places to sit. The customer service was rough to say the least.
Went in to the new office today for vehicle registration (which i haven’t done in years) WILLETT was amazing she was very kind & patient with me BIG SHOUTOUT! Thank you again Willett for the great experience!
New location with better experience. Much easier to park, waiting area is gigantic and is automated so you take a ticket and they call your number. Be sure to register at the terminal right when you come through the door unless you are there to do and it will automatically queue you into the correct line. It is now right next to the giant courthouse that is bigger than most state capitals
