I will not come back here, they did not listen to any of my concerns and I feel like it was a waste of my time
I would not recommend this dermatology office due to extremely poor customer service at the front desk. I initially called to book an appointment and later realized I may have contacted the wrong office. The receptionist answered the phone in a monotone, unwelcoming manner, as if she did not want to be at work. I apologized for the confusion; however, instead of responding professionally, she abruptly hung up the phone without saying anything.
