Staff was short and very rude when we called to inquire about weather or rescheduling. Pretty ridiculous. I guess we won't be going here after all, ever.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Management and Unreasonable Charges We chose the Rocksino by Hard Rock Deadwood to end our South Dakota trip, and this decision significantly dampened our wonderful vacation. Location Issues The hotel has no dedicated parking and sits on an extremely busy street corner with only two unloading spaces. Definitely not the hard rock experience that you might be used to. Came here to visit the store and see what they had for souvenirs. I like the collector pins and they had a good assortment of collector pins. However, the store was empty of employees; no cashier, no one checking in on customers, no one to help you purchase anything. Even on the casino side, the one employee behind the bar was voided of any customer service.
