I feel absolutely bad to give this place a one start because the employees there Shelly and a former employee Leanne are absolutely fantastic but the owner John is an absolute joke. if you want a non customer centric experience this is your guy. I ordered my couches back in september 29th and to this day i have never seen them. I had to chase john around to find out what the new deliver dates were. Everytime id call Shelly would pick up ! She is absolutely nice and would pass my message to john . The guy never followed up. I... read more
