I had a problem with a broken slider a few years ago and walked into the Rockler at Schaumburg and the gentleman helped me find the part online even though they didn't carry that exact part in the store. I was impressed and thankful. I visited again last week with a part from another soft close slider that needed to be replaced and while the person in the store asked me if I wanted help, he didn't seem much inclined to actually solve the problem. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have an awesome selection. Just wish they offered more classes! Everything is full for the next 2 months. They need more wood working 101 classes. There's a real need for it. So many people are looking. And nothing seems available.
