When an employee said they will call you back to schedule a class they should always call back as promised. Two different time I called about a class they said they would call back today or tomorrow. Both times I never got a call back. I have been a business owner for 50 years. That's a no no in customer relationship !
Knowledgeable and helpful
Came in the other day and left in shock. I have never seen a specialty woodworking store selling such low quality hardwoods. They're charging full price for the junk and off cuts that no one else wanted. Here's a few examples: hard maple COVERED in boot marks, clearly having been used as a ramp. Red oak with tear out from hasty jointing so deep that the board would need to be planed to 1/4" to be usable. Knots and rot galore.
