Too bad I cannot given them zero stars. I get an email advertising a product on sale. I go online and order the products, which shows they have two in stock. I receive an order confirmation and my credit card is charged. Four hours later I get an email that states: "Unfortunately, we’re unable to fulfill your order at this time. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff every time I have went in.
I can't recommend this store enough. The employees are super knowledgeable, supremely kind, and extremely helpful. I called to see if they had something in stock in store. They didn't but offered to help me order it. When I came in I found another item on clearance and managed to get my items ordered. My husband also received some helpful advice for a future project. This store will definitely stay on my list of go to stores for project needs. Their prices are pretty good as well.
Drove 15 miles to get some replacement cabinet hinges only to find out no one there knows anything about cabinet hinges.
Great day teaching some of our customers how to turn Christmas ornaments on a lathe. Great group.
