I love Rockler! When I was a kid, my Aunt Nancy dropped me off {and left me} at this plaza. She told me she was going to meet a 'client' at a local bowling alley/motel, and wasn't sure when she’d be back. I wandered into Rockler to ask for some food and water. Jeff, Mark, Matt, Moira, and the group were so helpful! They not only fed, and watered me, they also let me sign up for a salt & pepper-shaker making workshop. My aunt never returned to get me. Purchased clamps and was told they were in stock at warehouse and it usually takes a week, that was Dec. 5th. On Feb. 7, I finally received the clamps. They were package shoddily. They were placed in cardboard that had been cut in half with tape and package was open at the top. I contacted customer services as to why it took 2 months to receive the package? when you state " order by noon on 12/19 guaranteed receipt by xmas" but then don't spell out that your customers need to pay expedited shipping for that to happen you are misleading your customers! Now passing on to woodworking network of friends that Rockler Woodworking lies in advertising
