Great woodworking store
Ordered router table on Saturday 6/28 morning via online. Realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong size a literal hour later and emailed customer support requesting they cancel the order (this is on same Saturday). On Sunday morning I get a response telling me they won't cancel the order and I can return it after receiving. What kind of moron won't cancel a misplaced order immediately after it was placed when requested by the customer. Why would a company fulfill an order and ship it knowing it is not what the customer needs ... read more
