What would you do if you ordered from a company like Rockler whom you assumed would have trusted vendors with professional systems in place to avoid "processing errors" then discover that they don't? I ordered a set of custom wood doors with a "ships in 5-7 days" only to find out that, no, their vendor will take 3-4 weeks and they tell me the vendor will let me know when they ship. I use to like this store when I only shopped online. I have visited this store 4 times now and every experience has been awful. The first time I went the sales guys wouldn’t even let me look around the store they just kept dragging me from place to place. The next two times I came in ( middle of the day) no acted like they wanted to help me or even knew what I was asking about.
