I use to like this store when I only shopped online. I have visited this store 4 times now and every experience has been awful. The first time I went the sales guys wouldn’t even let me look around the store they just kept dragging me from place to place. The next two times I came in ( middle of the day) no acted like they wanted to help me or even knew what I was asking about. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they have a good selection of tools at all price ranges.
Love your Store. Went in to find a special cabinet door henge. Assoicate Jeff was very helpful and we we're able to the exact henge I needed. Big thanks to Jeff.
They are so much better than the review I wrote last year. The staff is more sensitive to people of color. They've come a long way and it's a pleasure shopping there now. Thanks to the management team
