RecommendedHad a great time today with my sister at today's make and take. Woodworking specialist Lindsey and Michael were great, guiding us thru each each step and showing us how to use all the power tools for the xl cribbage boards we made today. Even had the other employees and some shoppers stopping by to watch our work. I would absolutely go back for another one of these classes.
Absolutely love this store! Walked in and when asked Michael stopped what he was working on (mid measure of something) to come help me pick the perfect lid support for a cedar chest for my granddaughter. He explained it simply and printed out instructions and even informed me if I added something to my purchase I’d reach the $10 off promotion! I’d live in that store if I could!!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!! They make you feel at ease when you have questions! Will always stop by next time I'm in the Houston area!
Fist time there and was very impressed for a small store to have a much products as they did. Went there to get some stuff on sell and still look around from about an hour. Customer service was outstanding! I live far away ,but I will be returning.
Great customer service here! Gabino helped me pick out what I needed to replace a drawer's slide mechanism. When he found out I had brought the drawer with me, he offered to install it! This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back!
It is a very long drive for me to get up there. Upon arrival, list in hand, I found only one item on my list. Alan asked if I could wait a few minutes as they had gotten a shipment in that morning. With several customers in the store, he went through all the boxes and found all the items I was after. Tip-o-the hat! I appreciate the assistance and customer service.
