I'd like to give a shout out to Charlie and Jim, who never got impatient with me when I recently called repeatedly to ask questions about a router table and router. Thanks to their help, I ended up buying a (barely) early birthday present-- the Rockler Router cabinet with a cast iron top, a new Bosch router, the Incra router lift and some other accessories. I also found the store staff to be very attentive and helpful, especially with loading all this heavy stuff into my truck. I look forward to my next visit.
I traveled to the neighboring County to purchase the new Laguna floor drill press. After arriving I was pleasantly surprised that they would not accept bank checks. A completely legal form of payment. I was thrilled that I drove 45 minutes for nothing because of Rocklers non customer friendly policy. Woodcraft accepted my check. I will not soon forget this unnecessary inconvenience.
They have an excellent selection of woodworking products from exotic woods to basic hinges. The not only have the tools you need the staff have the skills to answer your questions. They are friendly, helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs.
