Bald guy in the black polo (manager?) got extremely offended when I told him I needed a few minutes to consult with my AI before making a router bit selection. He told me don’t do that you have an expert infront of you, then stormed off and I got blackballed trying to get the case opened for a purchase when I was ready. They don’t understand that the AI told me to come to their store over Home Depot and spend more money with them. Good people just stuck in the past.
