I’ve been to many rocklands as my father is a long time customer and they were all very kind and helpful! This one, i have nothing positive to say. I was told to wait for a notary for 10 minutes while they were on “lunch” and was left waiting for over 35. After waiting employee refused to sign or notarize paperwork from my employer, even though they are supposed to offer notary services. I just opened my account here and for the most part I just needed a new financial institution so I didn’t choose Rockland for any particular reason. This location leaves a lot to be desired. This staff doesn’t seem to have much personality and can be very dismissive when you’reyou ask them for detailed information. The experience felt rushed, and on both times I left without all the information that I needed.
