This is the worst bank I’ve dealt with. I wanted to make a wire transfer for a car down payment, and even though I’m not currently in Massachusetts, I was told it could be done online. The bank sent me the documents, and I went to a notary, filled everything out, and sent them back. Since then, they’ve been delaying me every single day. It’s now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received any update. Every time I call, I’m told that the wire transfer team still hasn’t approved it.
