I’ve been going to this branch for years! However seems like they’ve brought in new younger people. The last few times I’ve had to go for deposits and what not they made numerous errors. As well as being on their phone instead of attentive to the drive through window.
I have used this location for 25 years since I moved up the street. It was originally East Boston Savings Bank. The staff stayed the same. The management staff is awesome and the tellers are always very respectful and usually do their job well. I am sure I have had a problem here or there over the years but overall I am happy with the service that I have received and will continue to use them.
