I’m in Ireland and my cards supposed to work and won’t work anywhere here when I went into the bank before I left and was told I would be all set and my card would work in stores and everything. So I didn’t bring a lot of cash now I have no cash and my card won’t work anywhere. If and when I make it back I will be going right to the bank and taking every dollar I have out of my bank and canceling my account I’ve had for over 7 years.
Bank staff was very rude to me and began laughing at me and making jokes with other customers when I asked to exchange some coins for cash (I did not realize it was such a task to exchange legal tender at a bank)
