Horrible bank. They say they'll call back and they don't. I moved over 1,000 miles away when it was still Enterprise Bank and I have had nothing but problems since Rockland bank took over. They won't even send me an ATM card. Unbelievable.
Nothing short of excellence from this banking institution! They give back to the community and have Saturday hours which is super helpful!
Rockland Trust is great! Had a lovely experience with Iulia. Citizens turned me away when I tried to cash 30 year bonds. Iulia was so nice & happy to help me. She was very patient - had to make a few phone calls to verify my info as my name has changed & my account with them is relatively new, but never thought to turn me away. Very grateful after a frustrating experience elsewhere!
