This bank is the definition of inconvenience and incompetence on every level... I needed a mortgage payoff quote it took 3 employees and 2 days..... I'll be changing banks after this transaction is over. Went to the Norwood branch today and an immature woman named Susan dealt with me and was nothing but bothered by my requests for help. If you want to feel like your time is valuable... Don't bank here... Online banking is also constantly having problems I just opened a business account here I'll be closing that soon also..
