Alex and Adam were very helpful today. 10/10 service. I come here weekly and they always give wonderful service.
Was just here to get a Check. The Manager was giving me a hard time about it, and I've never had an issue before with RT. The teller was kind but other than that, he refused to help me get my check approved even with funds available online, and so with that being sad, poor service, VERY poor management. Must be the area they are in.
Samantha is a girl boss! Super competent. Maybe too competent for the position she’s in and should be given a promotion stat! I was moving some money out due to finding a higher rate elsewhere and she honestly made me question doing it, not because she was obviously salesy or high pressure but because she so effortlessly showed the value of real, human, local banking. This bank is the definition of inconvenience and incompetence on every level... I needed a mortgage payoff quote it took 3 employees and 2 days..... I'll be changing banks after this transaction is over. Went to the Norwood branch today and an immature woman named Susan dealt with me and was nothing but bothered by my requests for help. If you want to feel like your time is valuable... Don't bank here... Online banking is also constantly having problems I just opened a business account here I'll be closing that soon also..
