I was very disappointed in recent dealings with Cidalia Silva, who gave me incorrect information pertaining to my power of attorney (POA) to manage my elderly mother’s account. She told me it was invalid (without involving the bank’s legal department) causing me great anxiety and time to seek a legal opinion. Why I went to Rockland Trust is nobody's business!
I went in there last Wednesday, June 28, because I had paid someone on PayPal for a product I did not receive. I sat with Melissa Perry for about five minutes and she told me that she would handle it. The next day I received my money back. Not only was I happy about that, I was happy about how pleasant and professional Melissa was. It is rare that you see someone so friendly and outgoing nowadays.
