I had a difficult issue with online banking and Nick was amazingly helpful. He was considerate and was extremely patient while he corrected the issue. It is because of people such as Nick that makes Rockland Trust a terrific bank to work with.
Nick is the absolute best. He never fails to straighten out any glitch, plus he is just an all around nice and caring person. I could not express in words the degree to which I count on him and appreciate his loyalty to bank clients.
I would like to thank Sasu who is a bank teller at the Rockland Trust Dedham branch for her professionalism. She asked me for my account password word in which I got offended at first because I am a regular customer. When I later thought about it, I realized that she was actually doing the right thing by verifying who I am. So thank you Sasu!!
My dad came here and was struggling to open an account. He's English as a second language and can be difficult to understand when he's frustrated.
