I have been a loyal client for over 10 years and visited many of their locations. It’s a great bank with great employees and you can’t go wrong with their free checking account. The South Yarmouth branch on Station Ave receives two stars only is because the manager, the elder lady is very arrogant and needs to be fired or removed from Rockland Trust. Excellent service. Recently, I stopped in to resolve an problem and a vice-President spontaneously stepped out of her office to offer assistance, then resolved the issue. The staff are courteous and responsive.
There ATM's at almost every location are always temporarily unavailable but seems.... I've never seen an ATM service unavailable as much as these guys.
