I used this branch since 2019 all my experiences were perfect all the agents are nice and professional I have a checking account and a safe box ! I've had the best experiences at Rockland Trust by Burger King in East Boston. I have a complicated family situation and needed help opening an account for my baby nephew. Victoria Vu was exceptional in helping my sister and I open a new account, find pre-existing accounts within our family, and stay organized with all the transfers (from cashing checks, to depositing cash, moving money between different people's accounts, adding a beneficiary, etc.).
