I have been going to this branch ONLY because of convenience, and just closed my account. The people who work there once in a while will look up and make eye contact while you wait- but most don’t and turn away. Countless times. The branch manager is helpful and understanding. When I closed up my account today- the guy doesn’t even count out my money and hand it to me… places it on the counter?? Goodbye to the unfriendly branch
