Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with a young lady who looks Domincan who works there. Typical she’s on her phone, and the tone she uses when I ask questions or certain way I’d like to receive my checks it’s very inappropriate. Possibly retraining would be best but because of her I am close to closing my accounts and going elsewhere. I highly recommend the higher ups investigate this as it’s unacceptable.
Honestly, I am so thankful I switched over from TD Bank to this one. This specific location is wonderful, they make every request happen smoothly and explain when needed. I’m very pleased.

My name is Meara mom and I loved this place but last August or October a Hacker has been taking 4k from us and they are blaming me I'm a special needs kids. They didn't protect mom they blame me now they said oh it's a fluk so it wasn't me. Note to self don't go to thus place or if a Hacker comes to ur life they can't do anything to help u don't go to this bank...
