If the Character of Dumb and Dumber had a bank then Rockland Trust on River street, Hyde Park would make a great prop. There is lack of knowledge about the financial products they have, no interest in learning and a disregard for quality customer service. There is no urgency in anything. So one day I went to the drive-through, like I do on a regular day or week to withdraw a couple of dollars but this day I asked for a receipt and then Teller asked for ID for the receipt but I gave them my bank card already with no ID so that’s where the confusion started Long story short, here comes BettyAnn rushing with negatively out her office being BettyAnn Dagress Threaten me and told me to don’t come back and that she closing my account..due to me saying “every time I come here” “there’s always some new beeeeppp going... read more
