I use to bank with Citizens on the cape until the branch manager told me he was leaving to work at another bank. Upon his leaving I immediately opened a new account and transferred to Rockland. The customer service I was use to was just unapparelled this day in age. 10/10 if I ever need anything or have any questions I know I can stop in and get a quick and timely resolve or answer.
