Deposited a large check and got cash back. I was put into a negative in the account because the customer service told me that I had to ASK to have the money deposited that day. In 57 years, I have never asked to have my money that day. Rude teller to boot!!! This bank used to be a good place to bank, but in the past couple of years they have really gone downhill. Lots of mistakes. FDC should take a look.
