Some of the nastiest drivers I've ever encountered. Their personality shouldn't even have anything to do with the damn job. Just focus on your job and drive. They purposely drive past designated bus stops. They purposely slam on the breaks to hurt the passengers (there are disabled, elderly, infants, children, pregnant women on these buses) They go out of their way to be nasty to passengers. Today I had to wait an hour for a bus that NEVER came. I don’t rlly have problems with the drivers but I cannot stand how off schedule these busses are especially because I use them to get to work. Also the buses need to be cleaned.
Waiting for these buses is like waiting for Jesus to return, NEVER HAPPENING! The operators on the phone be useless. Allegedly short drivers but half the bus routes run on time. These buses are absolutely filthy! Everyone needs to be fired.
Most drivers are rude and nasty, there’s 2/3 very nice very friendly, the rest could learn from them. If I flag down the bus from a half block away you stop, not pass me, if I greet you answer. Most of them are mean nasty and rude. I should give 5 stars for the nicer friendly ones, but the nasty ones deserves -0.
Bus never comes the the time 10 minutes less or 10 minutes after. Takes FOREVER for the bus the come and it is so crowded sometimes it's not in service and I have to wait another 40 minutes! 😑
