My checking account was compromised partly my fault. When I went to the bank now called Arise, they treated me like I was the scamer not the victim. They closed my online banking and disabled my ATM Card. I have been with this bank, formally Rockland Federal Credit Union for over 30 years and never was treated so poorly. They said they did this for my own protection. Millions of people make the same mistake as I did and made a mistake looking for their help, lesson learned.

They have a higher interest rate savings account and anytime I go in everyone is so nice
I went here for an auto loan. After a quick approval, I found it impossible to deal with this bank. They make it impossible for you to call your branch directly, instead you have to call the main number and “talk” to an AI assistant. Each time I’ve called, I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, my auto dealer, facing the same situation can’t get a hold of my loan officer. Does this bank think that busy people have 15 minutes to wait to actually speak to an actual person?!
