Great personal experience at a bank
Worst bank can’t answer a phone and gave me attitude at the drive through window about them holding my pay roll check and told me they will fix it at a later date (it’s illegal to held pay roll checks)
I changed Banks 15 years ago! Just love My bank. Straight and to the point!
Nicole Gomes was so helpful about my account when I was at the teller with the gentleman, he was so confused about my transactions. Therefore, Nicole immediately send an email to the support to fix the issues from my account. After 2 hours she called me my account already fixed it. Thanks again Nicole for your customer service, and your kindness 😊.
