All I can say is trust Rick and give this a go. My teenage son has a severe needle phobia and after 2 sessions was able to have his vaccination without kicking screaming and panic attacks.. still some anxiety but he has learnt how to work through this.. only tears where through the joy of knowing he'd overcome his biggest fear..so thankyou Rick
