Our 7 yr old son wanted to take saxophone lessons, but we were quickly advised to start with something more manageable. We learned that a typical 7 yr old simply doesn’t have the strength or lung capacity to properly hold and play a saxophone. So we started on a small clarinet for him to get used to the mouthpiece and start strengthening his lungs to one day move onto the saxophone. We are very pleased with the advice and the support from his instructor.
First incident: recieved a text the day of our appointment that our appointment was canceled. I have proof. Next incident: Our appointment had been rescheduled the same day of our appointment by a staff member. I still have the communication via text and on my call log. Third incident: My son was told to leave his appointment early. I recieved a call that his time had been changed the day of his appointment. My 6.5yo son goes to Miguel for lessons. We split the session half piano and half drums, which they were very accommodating in doing. My son has ADHD and has difficulty focusing, and Miguel is incredibly patient with him.
