Had my first appointment with James today and was very pleased to find out that he is training with lead specialist for neck and back pain. Plan to go back soon to work on a plan to help strengthen for pain prevention. Very knowledgeable and personable. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
I’m a regular with James, who’s beyond amazing. He’s helped me significantly with calf, shin, and neck pain through athletic and deep tissue massage treatments. He really takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on, and tailors the treatment to what you actually need, with short and long term goals.
