Staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful, was after boots but they didn't have my size. No messing about, they sent me on my way with directions to where I would get them. That alone will have me returning to shop with them, and you should too.
A week ago, I bought a pair of Ariat cowboy boots from the official website at a great discounted price (and the online shopping experience was excellent). Today, I finally received them, and along with the boots, there was even a handwritten card and a scratch-off ticket from the store staff — such a thoughtful touch! I’ve also got my eye on another pair, and I’ll definitely be placing another order soon!
